We have 3 tiers of shipping services –
- Black Box shipping – Our standard black box shipping is delivered in 2-3 days in metro cities and within 4-6 days in non-metro cities.
- Courier Office Pickup – Pick up your shipment from your local courier office at your convenience! Perfect if you have erratic timings or require another layer of privacy.
- Urgent Delivery - If you want urgent delivery, We provide BlueDart 2 Days Delivery (Only Prepaid Orders)

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Kaamastra currently delivers to all the major cities in India like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune etc. We also deliver to all the tier-2 & tier-3 cities in India.
How are my products shipped?
We take great care in delivering your products to you hence we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. All shipments are sent in our trademark anonymous packaging that does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even at your workplace!
We ship your orders within 2-3 working days of order placement. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 4 to 7 days for other locations. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
We ship items within 2-3 working days of order placement. In case of express delivery, additional Rs. 399 are charged for the shipment.(*terms & conditions apply).To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call/WhatsApp our customer care (+91 8149993322) or email us at [email protected], mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
What is your cancellation policy?
*Note: In the event, we have to cancel any items in your order if you have paid using a credit card;your credit card shall not be charged for the above-cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount by us. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
