Our Cancellation & Return Policies are hassle-free and designed to keep you happy !!!
If you cancel an order before it ships, the complete amount of the purchase will be refunded.
However, If the product has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled for a refund.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or service, you may return it for a credit exchange. Have a look at the conditions for return below:
1. Hygiene Sensitive Products Are Not Returnable
Sex toys which are penetrative and can have direct contact with your private parts are not returnable. ( Men Sex Toys, Women Sex Toys, Anal Sex Toys & Condoms)
2. Damaged Or Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged, please notify us within 24 hours (see contact us) of receiving the product. We will arrange a pickup within 15 days of receiving and replacing it after checking the condition of your shipment. ( No Refund)
3. Fit/Size Problems
We understand that some of our products are returned because of a fit/size problem. Many of our products are glamour products and are meant for special uses. Hence, there may be occasional discrepancies in size. In case of a size/fit problem, please email us the problem and send the product back to us. We will conduct a quality check to assess the quality and subsequently issue you a credit coupon that can be used to purchase an alternate product from us.
Note: Men's & Women's Lingerie like Thongs (Sexy Panties), Teddy lingerie, Two-piece( Lingerie Set), Nipple pasties & Sexy bras (Any lingerie that belongs to private parts) are strictly not returnable due to Hygiene Concerns.
4. Product Unsatisfactory
If, for any reason, the product does not match your expectations (Except Sex toys, Condoms & Lingerie) or you want the product replaced, Please communicate and send the product back to us. The product will undergo a quality check and you will be issued a credit coupon only if it satisfies our stringent quality standards. This credit coupon will have a nominal deduction for shipping charges. Please note that if we judge the product to be in worn, soiled, or used condition, we will not issue the credit coupon and will return the product to you at your cost.
5. Shipping Charges are not Refundable
In case of Return/Refund, shipping charges will not be refundable.
The value of your credit coupon is calculated based on the value of item(s) returned minus any Discount Vouchers, shipping, and Cash on Delivery charges if applicable. Please allow us 10 working days from the date we receive your return shipment to process the credit coupon. Initial shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping needs to be borne by the customer. Credit coupons will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Please note the terms & conditions for returns are below and will be observed under all circumstances:
• Due to the intimate nature of certain items, we must maintain hygiene standards, and therefore we only allow exchanges of products that have not been used or worn.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Gift box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. The replacement item will not be gift-wrapped.
• Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
• The return policy for items on special or seasonal promotions and stock clearance will be mentioned in the product tab of said product.
• In the interests of hygiene, we refuse returns where it is obvious that the item has been worn, washed, used, or soiled.
